Automate Copy of Outlook Mailbox Folders

Hello,
I was trying to find out what is the best possible way to automate a regular
backup of all my Outlook Mailbox (Exchange) folders into PST file.
Currently, I manually R/Click on each folder (Contacts, Tasks, Notes), then
Copy To..select a Personal Folder. Then I store a copy of my PST file in a
different location. This is just to protect myself against accidental
deletions/modifications of any items Contacts/Tasks/Notes in my main Exchange
Mailbox. Appreciate if someone can share a Script / utility / work-around
that can automate this task for me. Thank you.

No need to backup as I assume your mail admin makes backups of the Exchange
database?

Probably yes, but I would like to control this myself easily for my own
Outlook Mailbox folders.
