Mouse wheel stopped working with FP 2003

I know this happened with Frontpage 2000, and now it has happened now that I
went to FP 2003. The mouse wheel stopped scrolling the screen in FP. The
mouse wheel works fine everywhere else and in my old version of FP. Any
ideas how to fix this?
