mouse and keyboard

Hello,

When I boot up my computer, my mouse and keyboard will
work for about 10 minutes and then freezes up. I have
tried another keyboard and mouse and get the same reponse.

Joan, it's probably not your mouse and keyboard causing the problem. Make
sure that the computer is not overheating.
Check all the fans and try a free monitor program like Motherboard
Monitor. It keeps a check on your temps and

Run msconfig, go to Startup tab, uncheck everything,
Apply, re-boot, if problem is gone, turn things back on in
msconfig one-at-a-time . . . Good Luck !

Hi Richie,

I have taken the case off of the computer and all the fans
appear to be spinning OK, yet a little dusty but with some
compressed air I was able to remove the accumulation.
However, I also went to the website that you suggested but
was unsure as to which one to download. Please advise
