More junk e-mail

It seems since I installed Antispyware from Microsoft I am
getting an increased number of junk e-mail. Most of them
are of adult content. Has anyone else experienced this?
Is this somehow caused by the spyware?

No, its not associated with junk e-mail at all. It is possible that your
using your default e-mail address in the news groups for posting messages
and responding to replies, so spammers are taking advantage of it. I notice
when I post in the news groups I get a fair amount of spam the next day.

Your best solution is to get a spam filter solution or turn on Junk
filtering in your e-mail program.

You have posted in a newsgroup with your real email address - now that
address has been added to spammer's databases. Always junk up your address
so that the automatic address scanning that spammers do on newsgroups will
not reveal your real address.
