need help eliminating spam

Whenever I receive an e-mail to be considered spam, I highlight that
particular e-mail, right-click, drill down to Junk E-mail and either choose
Add to Junk Senders list or Add to Adult Content Senders list. As per a rule
I have setup, the next time I receive an e-mail from that particular sender
it's automatically moved to the Junk E-mail folder.

Recently my inbox has been receiving e-mail with a blank From field and a
blank Subject field. Whenever I tried to Add to Junk Senders list, it says -
"The From field is blank, therefore it cannot add the e-mail address to the
Junk Senders list".

However, when I check the Junk E-mail folder, there is an e-mail there with
my display name in the From field. I do not want to add my own name to the
Junk Senders list.

I'm running Outlook 2000
Ad-Aware SE Personal Build 1.06r1 - Definitions file SE1R72 26.10.2005
Microsoft AntiSpyware Ver. 1.0.615 - Spyware Definition: 5769 (10/20/2005

Any help greatly appreciated.

Which is exactly why spammers do this.

Either use a server based spam filter (e.g. spamcop) or take a look at
http://www.lbetoolbox.com/how-to-stop-spam.htm

As it happens, the anti-spam tool in my LBE Toolbox can be set to delete
spam with empty subjects and body.

Download and install SpamBayes from sourceforge.net - it identifies blank
senders/subjects as spam and is trainable.
