Does anyone know if Outlook is going to be more taylored to admin asst who
have to create calander reports manually. I need a calander that can be
taylored to AA's who manage sales team. I need to be able to do a report of
what cities and how many times a month a specific employee travels to a
certain area.

We need to see if our efforts are helping or hindering our goals. All the
calanders on the market are taylored to individuals and

Have you tried having your sales guys save their calendar pst's to a seperate
file then merging it all together into one? Then you can run the list view
and sort by location or person ... they just have to remember to add their
names and the locations to their calendar so the information is in their
"event".
