According to the web they may be keyloggers and on ATI/AMD site they say
they are looking into it and advise using 7.1 until further notice, they
don't say it but I found it in 7.3 also.

Interesting to see how long FUD continues to travel on the web. This is old
news: http://vista-agent.com/archive/11858/notes

The ATi knowledgebase article you pointed to is about an *error message*
containing the text "mom.implementation or CCC.implementation" that pops up
after installing Catalyst 7.2. The files themselves are legitimate and are
required for Catalyst Control Center to function.

mom.exe is found under:
C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static

mom.implementation.dll, and CCC.implementation.dll are found under:
C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Implementation

Of course, you could have avoided the issue altogether by installing the
driver-only package and used ATi Tray Tools. There is no reason to get
bogged down by Catalyst Control Center unless you run two cards in Crossfire
mode.

Thank you, I did not know. I just discovered it. I wish they had named it
something other than MOM, which is a keylogger, ha. I have uninstalled
catalyst and drivers and reinstalled just 7.3 drivers without Catalyst.
Much appreciated.
