modify Start/All Programs

How do I edit into separate folders the VAST quantity of programs that
appear on my screen whenever I click Start/All Programs? I have so many
programs installed on my XP pro machine that the list takes over the entire
screen. Some of the programs are 'off-screen', making their selection
awkward.

Where can these be edited?

Right-click the Start button, select Explore All Users and arrange in
folders of interest to suit the way you work.
