Modify Business Card in Outlook 2007

I recently purchased a book "Outlook 2007 Beyond The Manual" by Apress. It
explains that I can Modify (add or remove data fields) the Business Cards by
right clicking on the card or selecting the business card button on the tool
bar. Neither works. Can this be done?
