Mistake with Intel D850GB Intel chipset INF update

Using XP Prof and was working fine except sound problem. Motherboard is Intel
D850GB, P4. So in order to solve the sound, I insert the Intel Desktop Board
and click Intel Chipset INF Update. What happens upon restart, the colour
change and instead of the normal white colour you get at the (any)
background, I have yellow tinted colour, even the WORD page.

Now, how do I get back to the original colour. Try to roll back the display
adapter, but it says there was previous driver install (or something to that
effect). In my Device Manager, it shows Radeon 7200 (Microsoft Corporation).
In the display properties, setting, its set at 800x600 and 32 bits (highest.
the other choice is 16 bits). I did a system restore but that does not help.
The graphic card is in Agp slot

Fyi, In the same hard disk (only 1 partition), there is also another XP
(corrupted). Is there a way to get the Intel Chipset INF from this corrupted
xp)
Appreciate if someone can give some idea as how can I restore back the old
INF or rather get it back to normal colour?

Locate and re-install at ATi Radeon 7200 drivers. Microsoft's version is
extremely limited.

http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=126656

I have down loaded and it seems there are many steps, are they suppose to be
like that? I understand, most of the time its pretty simply, download and
run. So hope you can help out;- a) is this the right one and they are suppose
to be in the sense that it is how to install the video adapter as stated in
the link itself. Look forward for your response, TIA
