missing windows components

Hi, I'm running VISTA Ultimate x64 and Media Centre and Windows Ultimate
Extras were on my machine now they are gone? Seems to have happened after the
last update but don't really remember the exact time they disappeared. How
do I re-install these components? I've tried 'Programs & Features ->
Add/Remove Windows components" and tried the original CD but no options for
these components. Any ideas? Many thanks, James
