If the person/people who sent the email with the missing pictures used
Outlook Express, the picture might not have been encoded in the message.
The sender/senders should, in the main window of Outlook Express click the
Tools menu, click Options, click the Send tab, under the heading: Mail
Sending Format, click the HTML button, click to put a checkmark in the box
to the left the option: Send Pictures With Messages, click the OK button,
then click the Apply and OK buttons in the remaining Options window.
