Have you emptied your web cache recently?
In IE, click Tools | Internet Options... and change some settings. On the
first (General) tab, check out the middle section, labeled Temporary
Internet Files. You probably need to Delete Files.
You also might want to set IE to empty the cache each time you exit the
browser, especially if you have broadband, which can re- download a page
almost as fast as it can find and retrieve one from the cache. Go to the
Advanced tab of Internet Options and scroll all the way down to Security.
Also on the Advanced tab, check out the settings under Multimedia, such as
Show pictures.
