missing options from Generic Text Only Driver

For some reason, I am missing the 1/3 page option in the options in the
Generic Text only driver on one machine running XP Professional. We have many
machines running XP Pro in the office, but only this one is missing this
critical page size. To me, this is very strange. Note, 1/3 is the first
option.

No idea who put the 1/3 page option onthe rest of the PCs but you can
add it in Print Server Properties, Forms. R-click Printers and Faxes,
Open, File, Server Properties, Forms. (Look at one of the other PC's for
the form settings)
