Missing my 'NEWS' button

I tried to set up the OL 2003 newsreader and attempted to drag the NEWS
button to the Menu Bar (I think)rather than the 'GO' category via 'Tools' ->
'Customize'

The 'news' button is now missing from the 'commands' listing for the 'Go'
category. I can't seem to find it anywhere. How can I get this command back
into the list?
