missing import output fron Outlook 2007 file menu

When Outlook 2007 was installed over Win 7 64 bit Pro the import export did
not install. Repair did not fix the problem. Does anyone know of a fix for
this

2 questions:
1. Why do you think you need the Import/Export Wizard?
2. Did you install them from the Office CD?
