Missing file?

I have a oem verision of office 2003. It came on my work
dell. I called microsoft and they wanted to charge me
35.00... All of the office products work except outlook
asks me for a file sku1ca.cab If I hit cancel enough
times it does go away but it is extremley annoying.
Please help.

Do you have the Office CD that came with your computer? Try reinstalling -
or run a detect & replair.
