Missing file for printer?

Ever since my motherboard was replaced in my compaq, my
printer will not work. The computer says that my printer
(epson stylus color 740) is installed but nothing happens
when i try to print; the printing status reports an error
and stops. Occasionally i get a message saying that i am
missing the file EPNHTE3N.DLL and need to insert the
windows xp cd rom. I know this file is on my computer, in
three places!
