Missing DLL File

My Excel is missing a DLL file to open. What do I do? I'm working at a
temorary job and need to use Excel. It's Office 97, and the IT tech is in
Quebec. I'm in Washington state. Thanks!

Try re-installing or select Detect and Repair from the help menu

Any Office application has this under the help menu and invoking it should
repair all apps
