ModName:fm20.dll Error

Hi all, I'm having a problem when opening an excel file.
It closes itself and claims to have a problem with "ModName: fm20.dll"
More specifically it shows this information

AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 10.0.6501.0 ModName: fm20.dll
ModVer: 11.0.5709.0 Offset: 0000f912

If I disable the macros then I'm able to open it, but unable to save it.
I tryed opening the file in another PC with the same Os and Office version
(wich by the way is XP SP3) and it works just fine.

I already tryed opening Excel in safe mode but nothing seems to change.
So... Any other suggestion?
