I was going through and deleting unneccesary programs from my computer and I
must have deleted something Windows Movie Maker needs to run. I can't open it
now. I went to download the program again but I only get pages that say it's
automatically installed with windows. If anyone knows how I can fix this I'd
really appreciate it. Thank you :)

Try doing a system restore to a time
before you deleted the files.

XP SP2 and Windows Movie Maker 2.1
is not installed successfully?

And you could try reinstalling SP2:

Generally, users install from the net but this
site allows you to download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing.

It's good for a network administrator because
you can burn it on a CD and install it on as
many computers as you need to.

And it's good for a single machine because
if you ever need to install it again...you'll have
it available without waiting for a download.
