Missing address bar

I have read other peoples reply to this question. I cannot see any part of
the address bar sticking out. When I right click on "view" "toolbars" all of
the options are "greyed" except "text labels" which is checked. I have no
option for "Unlock toolbars" that I can see. HELP!

I tried all of your steps but unfortunately they did not work.

when I typed in the command on the "run" menu I received an error message
that read
"Error in Iedkcs32.dll
Missing entry: BrandCleanInstallStubs"

When I rt click in my toolbar, all of my options are "greyed" and
unchangeable.

The google fix did nothing.

I also performed the fix that Alan Edwards suggested in the registry folder
but nothing changed.

any other suggestion?

thanks

You're welcome. If you've not manualy set the toolbar restrictions earlier, it may be due to a toolbar/spyware installation. It's a good idea to run a spyware scan.
