mis-spelled info in product registration/license

Hi, I incorrectly spelled my company name during product registration, so the
product license is spelled wrong & every time I type in my company name in a
document it 'pops up' spelled wrong. Is there any way to correct the
spelling without uninstalling & reinstalling? I use Word 2002. And I can't
remember if it came pre-loaded on my laptop or if I installed it from disc.
I think the latter, but not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got all the way to #4 in "How to change the Company Name" and then didn't
see "RegCompany" so I couldn't change the name. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I can only suggest you may be looking in not quite the right place in the
Registry. Or, if there is no key, I suppose you could create one. But I'm
not an expert on editing the Registry, so don't take my advice!
