Minolta color page pro L

A customer of mine has an Minolta color page pro L
GDI Color Laser printer.

After service pack 4 the computer shuts down without any
message or blue screen while printing.

I found this messages in the log files:

I allready reinstalled the newest Minolta printer driver
Minolta says, they have no idea -like usual.

All GDI printers are reported to be having computer BSODs
when updated to SP4. Hoping MS is working on it as my
Page Pros L's are useless now. Anyone know of a fix yet?
Minolta isn't updating these drivers anymore and they are
aware of the problem. Best advice is to dump SP4 until
it's fixed?? C K
