Minimized application - disappear

I use Windows XP Professional SP2 on my hp notebook.
I don't remember when the problem was started to happen.
When I minimized any application, it doesn't go to the
taskbar, it disappeared. How can I solve this problem ?

Try running the script on Kelly's site, line 240, "Programs Aren't

This generally comes about after applying the WMP mini-mode bar.
