minimize on startup

Does anyone know how to have programs minimize on startup? I placed outlook
express in startup so it would start automatically when i turn the computer
on but i would like it to be minimized in the systems tray

Go to Start > Programs > Outlook Express and
right-click on it. Then select Properties > Shortcut tab
and from the pull-down menu next to "Run", select
"Minimized' and click Apply.
