Milo: Outlook disallowing ActiveX controls

In both Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express, I sometimes get this message when I
paste material into the body of a note:

"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page. As a result, the page may not display correctly".

What's causing this and what do I need to do to stop this error? If there's
something I need to download so I can paste successfully into a note, I'll do
it! Thanks.

Addendum: it occurs when I try to paste a block of text with pictures from a
Word document into a note. I'm not trying to paste any sort of HTML.

SmartTags were the problem. I didn't even know what these were! I turned
them all off in autocorrect and the problem ceased. What a goofy feature!
