migration from access 2002 to 2003

I have been forced recently to upgrdate to access 2003 from access 2002. Now
that I start 2003 and open databases written in 2002 the following appears,
and I am hesitant to do as it says, when I dont, my database works perfectly
(as it did in 2002). Any thoughts or suggestions would be gratefully received

"Security Warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked.... do you want to
block unsafe expressions?"

I always click "no". then, it reminds me again,l and also that Microsoft get
3.0 service pack 8 must be installed, this i have done
