migrating print queues to Windows 2003

Anyone have an easy way to migrate print queues from Win2000 server to a
2003 server without having to update the drivers one by one?? Some of the
newer drivers are Win2k/XP/2003, but some of the older ones are 2000 only.
I have about 120 print queues on a server that I need to upgrade to 2003.
