Microsoft Word 2003 - Help Option

The "help" option (F-1) is turned on automatically every time I start MS
Word. This came about suddenly and started about a month ago.


How would I eliminate the Word Help from appearing every time I start the
application?

Why the double-post?

It is possible the owrds at the top of your 'Task Pane' are 'Word Help'...
Is that the case?

I thought that I deleted the second post.

I was confused because Comcast, my ISP by default (Comcast bought Adelphia)
just told me that I was over my quota of two gigabytes of posting to
newsgroups. I never heard of this quota beforenow, and I usually don't use
newsgroups very often.
