Microsoft Spyware Beta

I just installed the Beta Microsoft Spyware. Immediately
after installation, I was notified that my Microsoft
Firewall was no longer active. I've tried to get it
operative but to no avail. I uninstalled the Spyware
thinking this would resolve the issue, but that also
didn't work. Help !

Go to Start Run type in

cmd

Click OK.
Type in

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter. Type

exit

Press Enter.

That is really odd. Every computer I have installed MS
AntiSpyware tool the firewall stays active. By chance,
do you have a third party firewall tool installed on the
side?
