I am attempting to help a user open a *.snp file with the Snapshot Viewer
from Office 2003. I keep getting prompted for the Pro11.MSI that is on the
install disc. It will not accept the file when I select it. She is using
version 10.0 of the viewer. I am able to open the same file on my PC, and
for some reason I have version 11.0 of the viewer. I am able to locate no
information regarding 11.0, such as where to download it. Microsoft's
download center doesn't offer it -- only 10.0.
I am betting the version difference is what is causing the problem. So, in
short, where can I get 11.0?
