Microsoft Access - Missing References

I have read a few postings and did some research and I can't seem to
find the issue I am having for anyone else.

I have a database with multiple users that log in, the issue is they
seem to have an older load on their pc's then me and the rest of my co-
workers.

On my PC I have: Microsoft Office 11.0 Object Library
Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library

The users with that same as me have know issues, but the users with
10.0 object libaries (of the above MSO Apps) get the missing error
because it appears as though the database is looking for the later
version of 11.0.

I can go over to their pc and uncheck the missing 11.0 and then pick
the 10.0 and the database will work again for a few days, weeks
even... then it seems something changes with the database and the
three users with older loads of software all of a sudden now get
bombed out.

Any help in regards to getting their pc to use the 10.0 every time? or
add the 11.0 to their pc? or heck any other fix I might be able to use
to get this pesky error to go away.

do a search on the forum for "late binding", this will fix the reference
problem. I don't know of anything that would make the reference problem
unless you are giving them a new copy of the front end code which includes
the references.
