Microsoft Outlook - access passwords

Recently started with Microsoft Outlook for my email activity...using windows
XP....
Everyone reads my emails...how do I stop this? can I use a passowrd to block
all other access to my email account?

Why aren't you setting up different accounts on the machine so nobody can
get to your Outlook account?
