One of our users is getting the following error messages when copying emails
to their personal (pst) folder:

Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already
moved or deleted, or access was denied.

how can I solved this errror message?

Are you talking about moving content from Exchange?
Are you using Outlook in cached or offline mode?
Versions?

None of those.

Every time we trying to move or copy e-mails to an other folder.
