Take a gander here:

My real-world advice is to first identify the virus with the cleaners and
then do the repair manually if you're able to. It's a lot like work but it's
the best way in my opinion. Always scan in safe mode without networking and
the latest definitions. That way, if you do decide to let it clean up the
malware, the files will not be in use at the time and will be easier to be
removed automatically or even manually if you opt to go that route.

Hi Pudge,
It's really annoying when scanners find something but can neither deal with
it or tell you anything about it. There are plenty of references on Google
to this nasty and if you really have it then it is destructive and a
"nuker". I only looked for a couple of minutes but it seems to be associated
with a batch file. Take a look here
http://www.spywaredb.com/remove-trojan-bat-deltreey/ SpySweeper apparently
removes it and they also offer a free spy scan so you could confirm
Microsofts finding. To remove it apparently you delete the bat file-that
sounds a little to easy to me though.
