Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 838893

I need the "HotFix" mentioned in the Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 838893. The problem is, I don't know how to
get it or whom to speak with. It appears that I must jump
through firey hoops without the aid of clothing in order to
even make simple contact with any life form at Microsoft.
Is there an easier way?
