Hi,

I currently run XP2 on a 2GHz system. Just purchased a Microsoft ergonomic
keyboard 4000, and began installing the software (drivers etc...)
Error occurs at the beginning of install "not enough disk space" which is
rubish. I have GB's of disk storage on all drives.

Am in a quandary, any suggestions? BTW, whemt to MS web site and downloaded
driver in case CD that come with product was doggy.

The message does not necessarily mean that there is not enough space
on the hard drive but in the temporary file which is used to hold the
extracted files before they are installed. First place to start are
the temp folder, which has a finite amount of space dedicated to it;
delete the temp files that are there.

Yes, I made sure all the temp directories were cleaned out before install. I can't seem to find where exactly the .exe is attem[ting to install from.

Linux looking better by the day!

Yes, I cleaned out all temp directories before installing. I just can't see exactly where the .exe is attempting to install.
