Microsoft FrontPage2003 will not run after Outlook2003 is started

I've been having an issue with Microsoft FrontPage2003 will not run after
Outlook2003 is started in session.

I must run FrontPage2003 first in a session. If I ever start Outlook2003
then FrontPage2003 will not start and even after going through Full, Safe,
and reinstall/repair it does not run. I reboot computer and then do a
reinstall then FrontPage2003 functions perfectly. This is a real pain and
nothing in knowledge base addresses issues. I have sent in my system erros
and issues for eight months with this problem but no answer or response to
date! What's up with this issue?

Have you also run a Help Detect and Repair from Outlook 2003, then from FP2003

Thanks Stefan

I have to run a Detect & Repair every time on FrontPage2003 after starting
Outlook2003 in a Windows session between reboots. I have also done an
Outloo2003 Detect and Repar and then a FrontPage2003 repair and it made no
difference. FrontPage2003 will always not start even after a Detect & Repair
if your try to start the program after Outlook2003 has been run in the
session.

It is not the problem of FrontPage2003 not running... I can detect and
repair after a 'fresh reboot' and the program runs quite nicely! The hastle
is having to remember to never start Outlook2003 first before wanting to run
FrontPage!!! Any ideas are much appreciated...

A full system scan has been run for spyware, viruses, etc. and system /
server is clean... appears to some glitch in my software configuration with
security updates or the 'totality' of my particular system components and
software installed.

You may want to ask in an Outlook newsgroup
- seems Outlook is corrupting other office apps
