Microsoft AntiSpyware

The Microsoft AntiSpyware message alerts appear to be
fine when your taskbar is along the bottom of your
window. When you have your taskbar on the left or right
hand side of the window, the alert will scroll all the
way to the top of the window and go so fast you cannot
see what it says.

There is no way to answer the question it poses.

They know about this, see the message from "Steve Dodson [MSFT]" in the
general group, from Wed, 12 Jan 2005 19:21:18 GMT.

I think, it is just an informational message notifying about the start
of the resident scanners.
