Microsoft AntiSpyware Error on Start Up!

I am using Microsoft AntiSpyware Build 1.0.701. on XP Pro SP2

And I have 2 users Accounts on my PC both of them are Computer
Administrator. When I log on to the alternate user account I get an Error
from Microsoft AntiSpyware and it will not run. On my user account it runs
fine with no error. Is anyone else having this issue with build or is it just
me? This is the first time Microsoft AntiSpyware has given me problems. I
uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem.

The error log contains:

429::ln 0:ActiveX component can't create
object::gcasServ:modMain:Main::11/25/2005 11:51:19 AM:XP:1.0.701

Hello,

I have the same result with 701, knowing that 615 (and the older one) was
operating on 4 machine (w2k or wp, multiuser) since a long...
I'tried to uninstall 710 from my test machine, and then to reinstall 615,
but It seems that now, I have the same result (error on start up, except for
an administrator account...).
