Hijacker/Spyware keeps reinstalling, help!
Hi,
I have been infected with some spyware/hijacker. I have indentified the processs, and tracked down the folder, "cool remote" in it are 6 x exe's.
I have deleted all the entries from the registry/deleted the files and blocked it with micrososft antispyware.
When I reboot, they are all back, and the popups begin.
The location of the file:
:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Online Dead\ownstonstest.exe
Registry:
Location details: Program located in registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
What can I do to get rid of this??? Its driving me mad.
