Microsoft ADPCM audio codec how to enable or where to get?

I am trying to run Gunmetal benchmark program and get error that I either
need to install or enable MSADPCM audio codec. Anyone know where to find and
or enable this codec?

I tried re-installing Meda player 9 and Media player 9 codec and I checked
the WinXP install disk for such a codec but no luck.
