Messaging Interface unknown error

Hello

I have several PC's running Outlook 2003, on a MS SBS 2003 Exchange
server system.

One user suddenly today got this message when he tries to create new
emails or reply to emails:
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook

If he logs on to another PC it is fine (no errors)

Can anyone suggest what might be wrong and what I need to do to
correct this please.

I've 'googled' this and some suggestions I've seen either don't work
or aren't applicable.

Tried a repair on Office already?
