Message Recall

B

Bob

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 with an Exchange 5.5 server.
When I attempt to recall a message sent to a local mailbox
or to an external recipient, it fails with the "Your
message could not be recalled" error message whether or
not the message has been read and the message has not been
deleted.

Any resolution would be appreciated.

Thank you.

It's not very reliable to begin with and it should always fail to the
external recipient. Does everyone internally use the same version of
outlook? Does it work if they open the recall message?
