Every time I open a particular document in MS Word 2002 I get the following
message. "Can't exit design mode as AbFieldCtl1 can not be created. Whilst
not a major problem (as I click OK and then exit design mode) as I use this
document a lot it is a bit irritating.

Apparently, some macro is trying to insert an ActiveX control into the
document. Are you aware of the document or its template containing macros?

If you hold down SHIFT when opening the document, does the message still
appear?
