Message: " [Drive]:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function "

I always used simply Windows Explorer for data burning on CD. But suddenly,
when I tried to open the window with blank CD in Windows Explorer, I
received the message: " [Drive]:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function ".

At the same time, CD burning through Nero works properly and Windows
Explorer opens CDs, burned by Nero.

How can I eliminate this defect?

(The probable reason is the testing of the InCD and the NTI Dragon Disc
programs. But these programs worked incorrectly and I uninstalled them.)

My system is WinXP+SP2.

Thanks in advance

Lev

Right click CD drive in explorer
Properties
Recording tab
Tick "Enable Recording"

Now you can access blank disks with Explorer.
