Merge Administrative Accounts Profiles

On my standalone WinXP Pro PC i have two user accounts with administrative
priveleges. I want to merge/combine the two profiles into the main
Administrator account. Then delete the second account so that only the
Administrator account is left.

That would be foolish. You never want to have only one user account with
administrative privileges on the system. If that account gets corrupted,
you are SOL.

You can't merge accounts. You can create a new one and set it up just
the way you want, including copying all data and settings and then
delete any other accounts you don't want (except for the built-in
Administrator).

Copy a User Account - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=811151

If this is all about wanting to log directly into a particular account,
you can do this without taking chances by only having one user account.
