Menu Bar

I have tried to hide the menu bar in Explorer, uncheck menu bar in organize,
layout, uncheck in folder options - view tab - always show menus - If I
click Alt key, the menu change to underline only. How can I fix this problem.

Don, It sounds like you have folders configured to use classic mode. Open a
folder and then click Organize | Folder and Search Options. At the top of
the General tab, you'll see the Tasks section. If the radio button is set to
"Use Windows Classic folders," switch it to "Show preview and filters."

That should fix your problem.
