I have a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with Outlook 2000 and Iexplorer 6.
Sometimes when I resend or reply a message, always on HTML format, and
I write a text an error appears. Then instruction at "0x308c60cb"
referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.

I reinstall a Explorer, Office, Service pack 4 and the problem still
appears.

how can I resolve this problem?. I'm desesperately.

Thanks a lot.

If it is complaining about the memory, lets modify how your computer accesses its memory

You will want to edit the Boot.ini file
It is a system read-only file at the root of drive c:

You might need change the following setting to see it
From My Computer
Tools men
Folder optio
View Ta
Make sure - All files is the one bubble
Hide extentions for known file types & Hide Operating System Files (recommedned) are UNCHECKE

After opening the BOOT.INI file add

/MAXMEM=XXX next to /fastdetect where XXX is put 1/2 of the ram you have in your box

So if you have 512 MB of RAM it will look like this

[boot loader
timeout=3
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINN
[operating systems
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Windows 2000 Professional/Server" /fastdetect /maxmem=25

Save and reboot the computer
Try to recreate the error. If it goes away then you have bad RAM and it needs to be replaced

I had the same problem at one time. I'm sure the solution will mistify
you as much as it did me. The problem is almost always caused by
printer drivers. Especially HP printers. I know you didn't say
anything about printing, but try replacing your printer drivers. My
errors occurred without me trying to print. I search everywhere for an
answer. Somehow I got pointed to Hewlett Packards web site and they
had the answer.

Microsoft could do a better job with error descriptions.
